Auxiliary Programs: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Auxiliary revenue-generating programs exist in a variety of forms at institutions throughout the year. These opportunities are a great way to offer additional activities to the community and generate revenue for the school, but they do not come without risk. To strike the balance between offering enriching activities and managing risk on campus, it is crucial to have a strategic roadmap. Join us for what you need to know and consider when creating your roadmap.

Objectives:
+ Hear about effective ways to offer auxiliary programs that meet your institution's strategic, financial, and operational aspirations
+ Discuss scheduling, resources, inventory, and institutional impact related to these types of programs
