The Executive Table Can Be a Game of Musical Chairs

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The childhood game of having a chair when the music stopped often created anxiety and a hint of bullying. Our discussion is about the adult version of Musical Chairs where we will focus on the environment surrounding the "executive table." If you’re a risk manager who feels deserving of being invited to the “table,” join us as we discuss the fortitude it will take to maintain your seat with the campus leadership each time one challenge is complete…and another begins.

Objectives:
+ Discover the work/life balance it requires to commit to the "executive table"
+ Learn the characteristics and skills required to succeed if invited
+ Understand the pros and cons of whether to strive for the opportunity to be invited
+ Acquire other options to having that seat at the "executive table"
